Totally Bats! Pt 0
Totally Spies x Batfam
"Omg 7arami, another dumb stupid dumb dumb crossover that includes both your obsession over your favorite childhood shows and your obsession over the batfamily?"
YES!!! God! Yall can never just let a girl be happy!
Todays word for you to take a shot every time it's used is: now.
get fucked :)
Now, I want to clarify this, Sam, Alex, and Clover will not be as slow as they are in the show. This isn't to say they are dumb. It's just that Totally Spies is meant for children, so they tend to take a while when it comes to realizing pretty obvious stuff. So for this Au, they'll be much more competent, just so they can be on a more even playing field with the bats. And like I mean, cmon. These are girls who are some of the best spies in the world and they are still in high school (Sophomores at least, Juniors at most [pretty sure they're suppose to be sophomores, based off the first season at least, but that isn't really important]). So they are going to be as competent as A-Class spies should be. In my head, I've always seen (and felt it was heavily implied by the show [def in the movie at least]) that Sam is very book smart, knowledgeable. Clover is best at looking at the situation through a unique perspective, shes sharp and charismatic. And Alex is more athletic, stronger, faster, better technical wise yknow. And this isn't me trying to assign one trait as their whole personality, I'm just saying that each one clearly has a strength and they are all talented and efficient spies.
Now, for the actually interesting part yall are really reading this for. So, I'm thinking they have a case that involves Wayne Industries, specifically someone has used Wayne Inc. technology and have also abducted WOOHP agents. So the girls aren't in Gotham to work with the bats, they are just investigating Wayne Enterprise to see if they can find any intel on what was stolen and the role it may have played in the abduction of WHOOP agents.
The girls first break into WayneTech to gather intel, but when they realize that the more personal info isn't kept in the building, specifically the stuff pertaining the break in and stolen weapons, they decide to look more into Bruce Wayne, Tim Drake, and Lucius Fox.
Now, for this little incursion into WayneTech, I have two options. One is where the combination of Bruce being caught up in his own investigation/out on patrol/dealing with a villain/etc. and the girls being experienced spies that have the skill to break in undetected into a technically Bat guarded building, allow the girls to have a successful infiltration. The second option is that, even though they are great spies they still get caught by Bruce's or Oracle's surveillance and it leads to an early confrontation between the bats and the spies. (For this, just cause they do need to keep their identities intact for later on, they are wearing masks and like hoods or something. I know they tend to raw dog it and just now really wear any face covering, but that's not practical . . . sorry.) So the spies get into their first confrontation with Batman, and probably Robin with a couple of others probably on the way. Due to a lack of communication, Bruce sees them as more infiltrators attempting to steal more technology. While the girls, who know of Batman and his gang of vigilantes, just see them as annoying obstacles in the way of their investigation (especially cause WOOHP is an established global organization, while Batman is a rich dude playing dress up [at least in their eyes lol]. Like one of the big things is that, while Bruce may work with the law many times, he is still simultaneously working outside the law just by being a vigilante). The girls are able to keep up with Bruce and Damian (I know, not really realistic and pretty self-indulgent, whatever sue me. My girls kick ass and save the world on a daily basis while having a sense of fashion) but have to make a quick escape when more bats and birds start to show up.
Now, Bruce is obsessing over these three very skilled girls that were able to break in to his building, yet didn't seem to steal anything like the people before them. The girls on the other hand are looking for away to access a personal device from those who have access to that kind of sensitive information. (And while I'm writing this, I know that it would make much more sense for them to look for whoever is the head of the weapons department or like police [*cough* pigs *coughcough* ACAB] or whatever, but lets just say they are indisposed or on vacation or whatever the fuck. Cause that isn't as interesting as the girls following and trying to steal intel from Bruce, Tim, or even Lucius.) Jerry tells them about a gala that some of the Waynes and Lucius will be attending. Sam, Alex, and Clover see this as the perfect opportunity to get closer to their targets and because it'll be at Wayne manor they may even be able to hack Bruce's (or Tim's) personal laptop. Clover is also excited to attend a Gala, maybe even get the chance to talk to the Dick Grayson. (Dick is polite but doesn't entertain Clover because he is not a pedo freak :) [I was also considering aging them {the girls} up to like college students just because, but that isn't me saying there will be anything between with Dick or Clover, it'll just be another case of Clover falling for a pretty face, yknow.])
Skip to the Gala, the girls are all glammed up. You'll have to use your imagination for now when it comes to how they look, but I bet you can choose any random episode and you'll find a good enough black tie event look. Maybe even that one disguise where Clover and Sam are a rich couple with Alex as their child lol. Anyways they make it through with the help of Jerry and split off to each talk with a target. Clover calls Bruce, whether it be because of the whole Brucie persona or she hopes that she'll have a better chance at catching a glimpse of his eldest if she talks with him (maybe Dick isn't even there lol, maybe instead Clover is ripping her hair out over the snotty little brat [Damian] that is stuck to his dad's side like glue with a permanent glare tattooed onto his face). Sam is talking with Lucius in hopes of being able to trigger a conversation about Wayne technology. And Alex is left to talk with Tim, or at least she tries but the dude seems pretty evasive. (I have an idea that Tim might've forced Steph to come, and Alex ends up getting distracted and quickly becomes BFFs with Stephanie. I just have this string feeling they'd get a long really well.)
When the girls group up again, Clover is complaining about a kid with a worse attitude than Mandy, Sam is geeking out over the many science departments within Wayne Enterprise, and Alex is bragging about her new friend. However, none of them have any new info, so instead they get set on searching the house. In hopes they'll come across some files or a personal laptop. As they discreetly depart from the main party hall, and make their way through the first floor, they come across a well lived in office. While Sam and Alex are looking through the desks and shelves, Clover takes a second to fix her hair through the reflection of a clock. It takes a second, but Clover notices that the clock doesn't actually work, there is no ticking whatsoever. When she points it out to her friends, Sam takes a second to examine it herself, but this time with her x-ray glasses. (It actually surprises me so much, but I don't think that's one of the gadgets they have. Like they have infrared heat detector glasses [which def wouldn't help in this case] and binocular shades and stuff, but I don't remember x-ray sunglasses and I didn't find it on the wiki. Which like yall might not find that too crazy, but this show literally has a device for like everything, yet somehow no x-ray sunglasses. Whatever maybe I'm just overreacting about this [I def am overreacting]) She finds that there is a device in the clock, almost similar to a safe, where a certain placement of the hand would cause it to trigger the lock, and a passage behind it. Alex, using the Ultra-Sensitive Earring Microphone is able to hear the click when she puts the minute and hour hand in the right place.
The girls walk through the now opened passage, that closes right behind them as they enter, and find a stair case that leads very deep under the whole manor. As the girls walk through the large high tech cave system, they are surprised but not that impressed because they've been chased and hunted through the maze that is WOOHP Headquarters. It doesn't take long for them to realize that Bruce Wayne is Batman. While Alex is freaking out over the revelation and Clover is theorizing if Dick Grayson is Nightwing, and lowkey drooling over the idea. Sam is instead drooling over the bat-computer in front of her. Not hesitating for a moment to look into the files Batman not only has on the missing weapons but the missing people, that he has yet to figure out are WOOHP agents. (For now I'm just acting as though WOOHP is a very discrete organization, but honestly I think it would work either way if Bruce did know.)
Now, either Bruce gets alerted that someone's in the cave and quickly figures out it is not any of his kids or, and this definitely more fun, Alfred finds them. Maybe Alfred doesn't stay in the manor when there are Galas, sure he helps to set them before hand, of course he does. But once everything is all set, the food has been finished and plated, the drinks have been filled, and the staff is prepped, Alfred doesn't have any reason to be among the guest, for he is nothing but a lowly butler, and he hates being in the vicinity if all these rich slobs who were raised with no manners. So instead, Alfred has his dinner then makes his way down to the cave with a cup of tea, teacakes, and a good book; it is the only thing he has to look forward to when it comes to his home being infested with these unruly vermin (and that's an insult to vermin). So imagine his surprise and irritation when he finds three girls floundering around the bat-computer. Alfred is quick to grab his shotgun and cock it. That works well enough to grab these intruders attention. However the reaction he gets isn't what he was expecting. Instead of freezing or fighting, the girls gape at him like he's grown another head. What Alfred doesn't know is that he looks exactly like these spies' boss.
Clover: OMG! Jerry! What the heck! Why'd you have us bash this lame party if you already just had access to this place! Sam: Uh- Clover, I don't think that's Jerry . . . Alfred: I assure you ladies, I am not Jerry. Now do you mind telling me what business you have here. Alex: Woah, he sounds and talks just like Jerry too. Maybe they're like long lost twins. OMG! What if this is like a Parent Trap situation. Clover: *Already taking out her compact to call Jerry to check* Jerry! We found your twin! *Turns the compact to show off Alfred to Jerry and vice versa* Look! He talks funny, just like you! And he's bald! Just! Like! You! Alfred & Jerry: *Both go to touch the top of their head subconsciously* NOT BALD! just balding . . .
God just the idea of Alfred and Jerry being the same person or like related gives me so many more ideas. Like I could give Sam, Alex, and Clover some like fucked back story where they are raised to be child soldiers and Jerry/Alfred (cause they'd be the same person) goes back for them one day to save them. It ends up with him showing up at Bruce's doorstep after being missing for a week with three teenager child soldier spies. Or maybe a mission goes wrong and Jerry has to send the girls to his twin so he can protect them.
GOD THERE ARE SO MANY POSSIBILITIES!!!!! I'M ACTUALLY GONNA EAT MYSELF!!!!!!!!!!! ٩꒰ʘʚʘ๑꒱۶
literally also thinking of like Barbara and Sam being sisters or Cass and Alex being sisters or Steph and Clover being sisters. OMG I FUCKING LOVE SISTERS AJHGUYSGOSDHIUSAGD!!!!!! ( ಡ艸ಡ )
