An ultra-modern hospital for gameplay + storyteller.
Before we start, just a quick update sueladysims is now suepixels with a new logo and a new post-style for my content 😎.
I was searching for a hospital which is gameplay and storytelling-friendly but nothing really sparked my eyes, even those which I created in the past.=D. At the end of the day, I wanted a very detailed hospital with max. two levels. Most important to me was that everything can be reached quickly and easily within a short distance. Still, it should have enough space to shoot for storytelling purposes, and it has to be chic and elegant. So yeah the result is this ultra-modern hospital in earthy colors.

Use it as a cafe - functions as such as well: “In case you want to use it only for storytelling-purpose. Place it on any other 50x50 lot.”.
If you don’t have the EP Tropical Island, don’t worry I only used the Sofa Set - which will be replaced with some sofas and armchairs from basegame. But the other packs are essential to maintain the look ;). I tried not to use every pack and honestly, I was tempting so many times but I stayed strong, mostly.

humble folks. Eyes by prinsims - GTW Non-Defaults and Contacts version
This set of eyes was born because I was too desperate for new alien defaults that matches prinsims’s humble defaults. Thanks to her psd and TOU, I created them. For now, they are non-defaults because of the Ecogeddon. I tried to make these defaulted but to no avail. If someone out there knows CC better than I do, please let me know if you defaulted these.

Donna: Oh well lots of stuff, dear. The new baby on the way, Brick and Sawyer not having a place to live or a job.
Mainly, Yellow and I have been wanting to start our own business. Right now we can’t afford land, but we’re really working towards it. Perhaps we’ll talk to them after that gets up and running.
Tatiana: Oh that one is easy, darling! We have quite an excess of land next to the vet clinic. Even after the renovation we’re doing, we won’t need that empty field next to it. It’s right near your house, too!
