The "Twilight Arbiters" are a duo of angels that are often depicted as a pair of twins, one bringing the moon with the dusk and the other bringing the sun with the dawn. The painting follows traditional depictions of the Dusk's Blade with a blank scroll and shackles, and the Dawn's Arrow with crow familiars and sacred jewels. What is odd about this fresco is that the artist has painted the two angels with their blindfolds dissolving, revealing scarred eyes unseen in other depictions.

Sei-Sei whale(haha get it), the resident mermaid medic expert but she uses all sorts of weird ingredients so do you really wanna try your luck? She dives into the deep sea sometimes to gather stuff. Geki-Dumbo Octopus, I'm pretty sure they're deep sea species so he lives there yeah. He likes investigating shipwrecks and sometimes he'll trade Mayu surface stuff for shipwreck stuff. Sometimes he meets up with Sei when she dives. Kofuku-Lionfish, she likes swimming in the reefs and getting along with everyone, has a garden of sea squirts. Ren- Sea snake, he stays in the ocean mostly but he goes on land every now and then, sometimes he brings back land dweller stuff its cool Tsukine-Orca, yes she's twins with a dolphin don't ask me how that works. She does hunting and orca stuff, gets along with the other predator mermaids pretty well. She trades fish with Mayu for stuff from deeper waters Nitsune-Dolphin, yes he's twins with an orca don't ask me how that works. He does hunting and dolphin stuff, also really likes diving and exploring. Sometimes he picks up cool stuff from the ocean floor to trade with Mayu for more cool ocean floor stuff Tenou-Jellyfish(I dont know the species, i got the ref img from google when i typed in cosmic jellyfish but i dont think this is a cosmic jellyfish) He used to live in shallower waters but he accidentally got swept away in a current so he's living in a cave thats pretty deep Elluka-Hermit Crab, she scuttles around on the ocean floor and occasionally goes onto the beaches, that's how she and Ren know each other. Sometimes she trades cool shells to Mayu for cool deep sea stuff Sazanami-Betta fish, one of the two(i think) freshwater and domestic mermaids here. She doesnt live in the same pond as Iroha but they're friends they get along Tatsuko-Shark, something something sharks smell blood in water? Yeah uh she hangs out with Kofuku a lot but sometimes she dives a little deeper so she knows Sei and Geki Wakaba-Leafy sea dragon, he chills in the kelp and seaweed forests, on pretty good terms with a lot of the free swimming mermaids. He trades seaweed stuff to Mayu for non seaweed stuff Mayu-Oarfish, apparently in Japanese mythos oarfish are messengers from the deep sea palaces to the surface. I thought that fit well so now Mayu's a messenger woooo Iroha-Koi fish, one of the two freshwater and domestic mermaids, she lives in a seperate pond from Sazanami but they chill together sometimes Utena-Nudibranch, they chill on the ocean floor and pretty good friends with Elluka, they'll trade poisonous stuff to Mayu for like, food or something

"Mortuis Nocte" Tsukine (Cryo)

An undercover agent for Inazuma's rebellion, currently working in the border guard's night shifts.

Elemental Skill: Performs 2 slashes that do Cryo DMG. This deploys an Ice Cresent that will deal Cryo DMG with every auto or charged attack. Enemies below 4% HP will be executed while this skill is active. The Ice Cresent will imbue Tsukine's auto attacks with Cryo.

Elemental Burst: Enters Cryo Stasis, summoning a blizzard at their current location to deal AOE Cryo DMG and recovers HP. During the blizzard, Tsukine will switch to another party member. Enemies within the blizzard will be executed when below 10% health. When this skill ends, the current unit will switch to Tsukine with an Ice Cresent activated. Switching to Tsukine early will end Cryo Stasis and do a burst of Cryo DMG.

Pass 1: All team bursts are upgraded by one level.

Pass 2: Cryo Stasis will do extra Cryo DMG based off of Tsukine's missing health when it was activated.

Pass 3: Damage from Ice Cresents will decrease enemy Cryo DEF by 10%.

Constellations:

1: Tsukine deals 20% more DMG to enemies below 40% HP.

2: Tsukine's third auto attack will send out a burst of Cryo DMG, equal to 20% of their ATK.

3: Increase Elem Burst by 3 lvs.

4: When Cryo Stasis is activated, all team members gain a 25% ATK bonus.

5: Increase Elem Skill by 3 lvs.

6: Ice Cresents increase ATK Spd by 25% and Crit Rate by 15%. Against enemies afflicted with cryo, the execution threshold increases to 20% HP and Crit Rate increases to 30%. If Ice Cresent expires without having executed any enemy units, Tsukine will regenerate 20 Energy and gain a 40% Cryo DMG bonus.

Best in slot weapon: Blood Moon

Man, tsukine's another hard one haha. I tried to veer a lil away from how ayaka looked since the concept of kimono+samurai was kinda there? Tsukine's meant to be a pair with Nitsune though, and they're meant to work well both alone and together. Even their outfits are to contrast each other. I based her concept around the idea of freezing herself in the ice to recuperate, forcing you to use other team members.
