I think the best thing about the umbrella academy is that the siblings all have issues to do with their number and therefore place in the family and as a person with 6 siblings it's so realistic( these are things I see in me and my siblings and our parents are amazing in the way they raised us)

My oldest brother is just like Luther constantly telling us what to do and how we should act following my parents orders.

My oldest sister is just like Diego always trying to prove that she's just as good as my brother is not better, always wanting to have that responsibility.

My older sister like Allison always got on with my brother ( in a very different way than on Tua) they were very close and even though my sister was the third of us seemed to want to be like a mother.

Me ( yes I am a middle child do with this what you will) it's a constant try for attention becoming this extravagant and loud person who isn't always who you are but it's how you get people to notice you.

My younger brother like five angry and always blaming my parents for things that if he had just listened to them about wouldn't have happened.

My little sister knows she doesn't have to be loud because she knows she will have that attention. Constantly trying to calm down family arguments but still holding her ground.

And finally the youngest of us my brother (admittedly he had ADHD and autism) but always trying to be like the rest of us always trying to get involved in things he isn't old enough to do or is too dangerous for him.

And that is what I love about TUA it is so accurate in the portrayal of kids from bigger families it's so refreshing rather than the usual bullshit of the older siblings being perfect and what not.

i suppose it makes sense they sought out reginald but it’s not like he stopped the apocalypse the first time. maybe we’ll get to see if reginald has powers (besides dodging diego’s throwing knives)
