Summary:
Astrid Hofferson, named Heir of Berk after the previous Heir was killed by dragons, is trapped in a cell with three complete idiots and also Fishlegs. They've been held captive in a dungeon for three days when a neighboring cell is filled with a man their captor calls "Master Grimborn", who looks very much like an adult Hiccup Haddock. Except it can't be. Hiccup has been dead for six years.
Hiccup Grimborn, formerly Hiccup Haddock (secretly the "Dragon Master"), had really hoped he'd never have to see anyone from Berk again, but he's gonna have to roll with it.
Viggo Grimborn, Co-Chief of the recently renamed Dragon Rider tribe, has just received word that his husband has gotten himself kidnapped, and as if that isn't bad enough, he has to work with the Chief of Berk to get him back, since the Heir of Berk and a few of his other people have also been kidnapped. The Chief of Berk who also happens to be his unknowing father-in-law. And it's only Tuesday.
Toothless, tired Night Fury, would just really like his reckless little brother to stop getting himself into bullshit situations for 5 minutes.
