This low-carb turkey casserole is a hearty keto-friendly dish that's full of flavor and protein. Because it's full of ground turkey, fresh spinach, and melted cheese, it's a great meal for any event.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 2 cups fresh spinach. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Cook the ground turkey in a pan over medium-low heat until it turns brown. Get rid of extra fat. To the pan, add the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper along with the minced garlic. Cook for one to two minutes, or until the food smells good. Put spinach in the pan and cook it until it softens. Place the turkey and spinach mix in a baking dish. Add heavy cream to the mix, and then top it with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Allow it to cool a bit before serving.
