Kissing something (or someone) other than a pillow was just a pipe dream of his

It had landed on April instead which was still fun to watch
But when it was his turn, he hoped it would land on you
And from the looks of it, you hoped the same thing
You had called him dear earlier
Sure, you were tipsy, but being tipsy only brought out your real feelings, right?
