Hero couldn’t believe all of this. City was in ruins, the fires raging all around them, and their body was breaking down. Their opponent was fierce and powerful, never giving them a moment’s rest. 

“Just give up, Hero,” their opponent as they advanced forward. 

Hero knew that voice. “V-V-Villain? I...I don’t understand. I saw you die when Other World Creature attacked.”

“Watched. You watched me die and you did nothing.” Villain spat as they pulled off their mask. “Our partnership meant nothing to you. You left me for the worms and saved your own skin!”

“I..I..I didn’t know. I’m so sorry,” Hero whispered as Villain continued towards them. 

“Your words mean nothing to me, Hero.” Villain continued to stalk forward, their mouth twisted into a vicious snarl. 

“How can I make amends?” Hero was desperate to stop Villain. Desperate to repair the partnership that had been broken by them. 

Villain stopped, smirking as they spoke. “You can die.”

sorry for having gone MIA, I’ve been a bit anxious bc there were three big fires in my area, thankfully we aren’t on evac watch anymore it seems like they are mostly contained now

also the depresso espresso hit me harder than it ever has, just the fact that I didn’t even have the energy to have sad girl hours on tumblr made me realize it was bad but I’m coming out of it

Thank you for those sweet wishes!!! Me and my family are safe, thankfully my city is in part of the prairies (basically a big field that spans for as far as the eye can see) so we're not usually at a very high risk of forest fires.

For those who aren't aware and want some context, there's a horrific number of forest fires happening all over my country right now. My province alone has 105 different active fires, 31 of which are considered 100% out of control and a danger to nearby communities. As of yesterday (April 4th, 2023) we've had to declare a state of emergency because over 30,000 people have had to evacuate their homes with whatever they can carry.

And that's just in Alberta. British Columbia (the province next to me ) has about 68 current forest fires. The other provinces are sending their forest fires crew over to help us and just crossing their fingers that their own province doesn't start on fire, too.

Last time we had fires this bad, my city straight up looked like a post apocalyptic dystopian movie. These photos are unedited.

I live in a place where you can see for miles and miles from most of our highways, way way out on the prairie.

I can’t remember the last time I saw so much smoke dotting the horizon nearly every day. Fires coming up off the riverbeds even in places where we conduct prescribed burns religiously.

Feels like it’s here, like climate change has come to collect.

So as some of you know, I'm from Greece. Lately, I was trying not to look at the news because of all the negative stuff going on (the fires mainly) but I saw a post about our fires on here so I decided to check. I saw that a fire started a few hours ago near me and it hasn't stopped. I went outside and I saw some smoke. It's not very close but I'm still kinda worried.

This post has no point basically but yeahh

Philosophy Tube—Arsonist Lore

This is not complete, simply me piecing it together, I shall come back to this, please send me what information you have. All of the characters names have links to pictures of them, and any videos I reference with also be linked.

So, let’s start with the firefighter, who made his first appearance in “Steve Bannon” (as far as I’m aware). He is transgender, and the son of Ivan Schmitz. Currently, he is nameless. He is “anti-fire.”

Moving on Ivan Schmitz, who also made his first appearance in “Steve Bannon” (as far as I’m aware). He is a traveling petrol salesman and the transphobic father of the firefighter. He has an incestuous relationship with his sister, Adelaide Sweetley-Schmitz. He is also the arsonist, or at least heavily implied to be, since I wouldn’t put it past Abby to write in a large plot twist. He is also a smoker, and, obviously, pro-fire.

Finally, Adelaide Sweetley-Schmitz, who first appeared in “Jordan Peterson’s Ideology.” She is a reporter for a newspaper, and is known as ‘Ms. Information.’ Given her last name, I’m assuming she’s either married or divorced. She is also transphobic and very centrist on the fire-issue, thinking both sides are to blame. She is unaware that her brother (with whom she has an incestuous relationship) is the arsonist, but is starting to figure it out.
