Injured left side of my neck/shoulder joint during overhead presses. They felt almost impossible to get through even on 5s. Apparently my posture will have been weak so I need to work on that. I had a go at lower carb today, had a salad for brunch with croutons and then for dinner tried to stay at less than 25g of carbs in the form of pasta. Apparently its supposed to be good for people with pcos. I also went up in my weights for squats until I had sweat down my back, then home for a hot shower (after getting caught in terrible rain). I suppose I'm glad to have had a challenging work out before some dead time, I'm not going to get much by way of exercise for the rest of the week until probably Friday. I'm going to have to make it work with walking the dog I guess. I would really like a good night's sleep tonight so I've taken some Tylenol for the left side. Hopefully a sleep will help.
I hit my macros today 💪🏼 and I had a killer leg workout.
That's so me
I thought all day long that today was bench. Nope! Squats baby! And with everything that went down, I was low on calories post lunch... Came home, munched on the rest of chocolate covered almonds and went on to the gym, still thinking it was a bench day... So, of course, dinner was "catastrophic" in a way. We had fajitas, I had two with everything but sour cream... Oups. I'm about 300 calories over...
