Another Crisis Averted!
Namor Legends: Tyrak
Tyrak first appeared in 1976 as a size-shifting Atlantean known for working under Attuma as a henchman in most of his appearances. Like Attuma, he focuses on his physical strength and combat prowess.
In an adaptation, anywhere Attuma appears, Tyrak can easily just be there as a right hand man working under him or something. As for casting, anyone who plays a big buff henchman type, like Florian Monteanu, would do well.

From ha.com...
Tyrak the Terrible, Attuma's spy whose dream is to defeat Namor, sees himself confronting the Avengers, no Tyrak, you shall not pass! . Beautiful visual of Captain Marvel, the Black Knight and the Wasp by Tota who reinterprets the cover of issue 278 of the Avengers by John Buscema and Tom Palmer published in 1987.
The MCU isn't brave enough to adapt the wide range of weaponized nipples from the original comics
