Happy Monday! I had a great training weekend. Saturday half marathon with my Bestie, running in torrential downpours was awesome. We seen some old friends we haven’t seen in awhile, and told me they were running a trail race Sunday, so I decided to go run in the woods with friends. A very Hot n Humid 30k, 20 miles actually lol you gotta love trail miles. 10k loops. It was a treat again to see trail friends running and some were volunteering. A super weekend 😍. I got back to back long runs in at a good but comfortable pace, so feel great today. No soreness or fatigue at all. It was a training weekend for @uamtnrunning in Vermont 8/25. I’m feeling much better with my training.
