ULISES Y PENÉLOPE DE DLH ‼️

Song in Spanish
Pablo Ruiz Picasso (Ulises y las sirenas. 1947)
Uli looks so goofy in this I can't.
PASCU AND RODRI JUST DROPPED ULISES DLH! And we got:
Ulises simping for Penélope.
I have to say, i'm not 100% sold on her desing, but i think that's because i'm used to seen Penelope despicted in a more elegant way thanks to Epic and DLH has more cartoony and goofy desings. She still looks really pretty though, I want draw Epic!Odypen in this pose.
This AMAZING image of baby Telemachus, my boy was feeling legendary even as a baby XD.
Poseidons reaction to Polyphemus being blinded by the Crew. Nothing to add here, i just thought the frame was funny.
The Saja Boys being the sirens is my all time favorite reference in DLH, I wasn't expecting it and i started HOWLING when i saw it. Ulises reaction was everyones reaction when we first saw the Saja Boys in the movie.
And can we talk how stunning the those frames of Ulises slaying the suitors are? Omg, they didn't need to go this hard with this frames.
Latinoamerican Epic fans and DLH fans are eating good with this one. I recomend you guys to check it: https://youtu.be/azzEfyGUfX0?si=k6padZTEn-M-N8vr
For me this one was a 9/10, I think it was a great song and the animation was amazing, but it had some minor things that slightly bothered me.
Like him being refered as Ulises instead of Odiseo (Spanish for Odysseus) but i can understand that choice, since Ulises goes better with the song and i think most spanish speakers know him as Ulises anyway (is mostly a me thing, I don't like it when people use Roman names mixed with the Greek deities, the only exeption being Heracles/Hercules) Is still amazing that they manege to make such a good resume of The Odyssey in song format.
Recientemente oí Paris: The Musical.
I'm going to be honest, something accurate was given out. That beach is telling us it is just a gravel Mediterranean coast, or similar. Taking out the fog and the colourless filter on, the beach structure is correct and could have been filmed on mediterranean territories because of how steep the beach, actually is. And this is a great way of sharing some beach knowledge.
This steepness only happens at Summer at microtidal beaches (areas where the tides are infimal as here) when the weather is so nice there's not enough waves to disgragate the sand so it starts piling up as a dune. This structure is called a berm and is just sand or gravel piled up.
The fairweather berm is the point where the highest waves reach
the sandier the place the gentler the slope (image above) and the more rocky, the stepper (Nolan's) because you need more energy to move rocks instead of sand. So Zendaya and Dammon's beach is accurate for this part and is funnily enough a not much disturbed beach area because beaches such as Malvarosa at Valencia are regenerated coasts, when the beach is too wide it means is of regeneration.
I am missing Posidonia oceanica deposits at this image too but they do stink so i more or less understand why is not there.
Hope you've learned something interesting and my inbox is open for all questions and queries you may want me to answer hehehe
Well this is new, and no less welcome. (10 bucks says that Jorge offers them to do the Spanish dub of Epic the Musical)
Okay, fine, I laughed
