There is a lot i can critizice about the way Helluva Boss portrays the Seven Sins, both in desing and their roles in Helluva Boss.
However, one thing i will give it credit for is that they didn't fell into the "Lust is a very hot girlboss lady, who makes men cheat and Gluttony is just a fat guy who eats a lot".
It would have been so easy for them to do that, because that's the way the sins are usually portrayed in media. But no, they decided to give us something a little more original with Ozzie and Bee. Even if i think some of their concepts could have been executed better.
I know that a lot of people wanted Bee to be fat or at least thick/chubby. But i personaly love the idea of a party girl gluttony, that has a lava lamp stomach that burns all the calories she consumes (making it imposible for her to ever be truly satisfied) and feeds from the party energy of her guest. That's such a COOL and original idea for a modern representation of Gluttony.
And while i think they could do a lot more with Ozzie being the embodiment of lust, i will always apreciate that they didn't fall into the seductress archetype. Instead chosing to have a male lust, who encourages people to indulge in pleasure and puts down the idea of forming sentimental conections with your partner. (leaving his relationship with Fizz a side, i believe he was kinda like that before they meet and fell in love).
Even Mammon is pretty original as a representation of Greed. He is a bussiness man that exploits the artists he employs. He doesn't care about their well being or dignity, he will use them and exprime their image in every way, to make as much money out of them as he can. (I dare to say, that Satan is the laziest one so far, a big man with anger issues is what most people would expect as a representation of Wrath.)
I'm not saying that Seductress Lust or Fat Guy Gluttony can't work, of course they can, if they are well writen!. But the problem with those two is that they often fall into misogynistic and fatphobic stereotypes. Specially lust, come on, the Seductress Lust archetype would be so cool if it was writen well more often.
