Guys guys guys yes hello Ultimate X-men comics have a lot of good toxic yaoi cherik™ moments I agree but I legit BEG YOU do NOT read that shithole of a universe if you wanna keep your sanity intact guys I swear 😭🙏
The ultimate universe (E-1610) is insane bc I'm pretty sure marvel writers one day woke up and was like "what if we ruin our readers' perceptions towards these characters for good" and just rolled with it. Half these characters were either turned pedophilic, abusive, incestuous, or a fucked up combination of all three GUYS IT'S LITERALLY MARVEL'S WORST TIMELINE.
I mean they got evil Reed Richards who's basically a loser incel mad scientist wannabe, the Maximoff twins are married to each other (YES MARRIED), and not to mention both Charles and Erik are creepy as fuck and downright psychotic.
IT WAS SO BAD that the whole universe got fucking DESTROYED because every character there just wanted to doom the entire world for some fucking reason.
THE ONLY GOOD THING TO COME OUT OF THAT UNIVERSE IS MILES MORALES.
Like I'm pretty fucking sure the writers had some weird creepy fantasies and just pummelled all the shit they wanted into this one timeline so we get this clusterfuck of an alternate reality to 616 that basically ruined how some of the characters are viewed forever because newer fans getting into marvel don't know that THIS IS NOT HOW THE CHARACTERS ACTUALLY ARE!!!!!!!!!
So yeah usually I just extract all the good shit dialogues between cherik bc they were so "if I can't have you no one can" pilled mhm good stuff but other than that HELL NO get that shit out my face I will never again touch the ultimateverse with a 10 foot pole 😭
