My 2023 graphic novel Old Caves won the Pigskin Peters Award for best small press book at the Doug Wright Awards ceremony at TCAF this past weekend. The Doug Wright Awards are THE awards for Canadian comics. My knees are still weak. Big thanks to my publisher, the jurors, and anyone who's read it so far.

Prairie Pothole was my four panel newspaper strip that ran in the Chicago Reader for 16 weeks in 2019. After they discontinued their comics page, I kept drawing new strips for my Patreon supporters. Intense work out sessions, a series of unsatisfying Tinder dates, and a bout of pink-eye; over confident and crude, Harkness's work is hilarious and emotionally agonizing. Tinderella is M.S. Harkness’ debut graphic novel.
