To unconfident people, narcissism in others looks like confidence. To confident people, narcissism in others looks like a lack of confidence.

Indiana Jones with a shy S/O (HC’s)
You probably spent the first few weeks after you met him barely talking and trying to be very casual about letting him know you like him.
Until he gave up and asked you out first because the tension was killing him.
(He’s fine with taking an actual relationship slowly, though, if that’s what you want).
Maybe it’s an opposites attract thing or maybe you’re actually kinda similar underneath; despite his rather confident and outgoing personality, you get on really well together.
“Shy” does not mean cowardly. Not in his sense of the word, anyway. He’s positive you’d do great out in the field with him no matter how you might present yourself.
He does try to push you out of your comfort zone every once in a while and reminds you that your feelings and ideas are as valid as everyone else’s.
You’re always heard, regardless of how quietly you speak.
Was asked to handle a massive project I’ve never done before today. It was both invigorating and highly terrifying at the same time.
My brain settled in imposter syndrome. But man, did I end up knocking it out of the park in a matter of hours instead of days.
(Sorry Tumblr, I needed a place to say that because I’d never be able to admit it to my team.)
Weird question
So.. recently I went ahead and wrote a fanfic because of a certain picture I saw in my gallery. It's nothing too frisky, but it does have gore and angst. I'm wondering if you guys would like to see me post it here. It is mainly about Maxie, but morphs into Hardenshipping towards the end, as well as a hint of AlphaFemaleshipping and SeaMountshipping.
Friends don’t let friends stay unconfident
Heya! Hm how would slashers (Bubba, Michael, and Billy Loomis) react to their girl s/o who had long hair cutted her hair and now she looks like a boy? Well I just did a hair cut and now I'm feeling unattractive because you know there's something that boys don't like when girl is having short hair so I'm trying to cheer myself up a little😥
Of course! I’m so sorry I took so long of a break for my schooling and everything has been stressing me out but I’m back for a bit!
Bubba
When you met bubba, you were pretty surprised to find out that he didn’t go by looks that often, and it really depended on how the person would react to what he does, so a change in anything for him literally would not matter.
When bubba saw the haircut, his eyes lit up with the exposure of your cheeks and other facial structures he couldn’t really see before.
Bubba thought you were completely beautiful and still quite enjoyed playing with your hair despite it’s shortness.
To him, you didn’t even look like a boy. You looked like yourself but…with shorter hair. He didn’t even notice the difference at first, until you pointed it out.
Micheal
It did surprise him, but he wasn’t completely shocked by it. He was more confused as to why you did it over how. Whatever worked for you, honestly, would work for him.
Micheal was known to have quite long hair, (sorry, i’m going off of the remake Micheal ! Honestly he’s my dad.) and it was new and different for him to see you with such a short length.
After some time, Micheal was quite used to it and often teased you about your insecurities, silently reassuring you that no matter what he loved and appreciated you, and that he cherished you no matter what you looked like.
Billy Loomis
Billy didn’t care. It was your hair and it didn’t matter what you did with it because it would eventually grow back. Not that he didn’t like it, that was just his opinion on it.
He never seemed to have trouble running his fingers through your hair before, so he was absolutely sure that there would be no problem whatsoever now.
Often times you would find him sat behind you, putting your short hair in little rubber bands to make multiple tiny ponytails. That and simply twisting it between his fingers seemed to be a favorite activity.
He loved you, and he was sure that whatever style you came up with next would be just as fascinating, because no matter what you were well, still you, just with a bit less hair.
a week ago, I was trying to work for a meeting with a publisher I wasn’t feeling so good, so I did this
The meeting happened! It went well! And now, more work to do
