Who are they friends with?

Garnet is very close with Medici and Donatello! In fact their family were the ones who gave her the loan for her mine. Technically Medici did. And she used her dowry from her old engagement for it lmao. Anyways garnet would kill for Medici and considers her practically a sister after years of friendship in ebott. She also briefly had a thing for Donnie and tried to chase after him, but his oblivious *ss accidentally rebuffed all her advances lol. The girls do everything together from gossiping, partying, exploring, shopping and trying to get Donnie’s head out of his butt long enough to actually meet new people.

Topaz is somewhat close with Donatello. They’ve been set up on a lot of play dates hangouts by their sisters. They mostly just coexist in the same room making art together when they hang out, but they like it that way.

Medici and topaz have a strange friendship where topaz is like her occasional purse dog/fake datemate. She uses him as an excuse so her parents won’t realize she’s been chasing after fell monsters again lmao. That means he gets dragged around to events by her to keep up appearances. She pays for drinks so he tolerates it lol. Plus she’s nice.

For the most recent skeletons. Is raining money

Donnie: he’s outside with some old timer camera recording everything he can! The way the sunlight is glinting off all the coins is practically ethereal! He HAS to paint it later!!!

Medici: she’s safely inside a cafe sipping her tea as she watches the chaos outside. Medici doesn’t need the money, but like hell is she gonna miss this gossip worthy event!

Whirl: this isn’t the first time he’s seen it happen. Some human plane flew too close to the storm barrier once and got sucked inside back when he was in his old au. It was carrying a ton of paper cash, so for weeks bills would be flying through the air slicing through people like razors.

…. He’s gonna stay out of sight for a while.

Wind: he’s significantly less traumatized by the airborne money incident of 1979 so will go outside and have a bit of fun catching coins in midair. Wind treats the whole thing as a training exercise using his magic to move the coins around against the natural weather patterns.

Isis: she is grace, she is dignity, she is refinement, and Isis is blatantly staring as her SO eats the golden pineapple flavored popsicle. Granted she looks so serene as she does, so SO suspects nothing. But just know this gals mind is going through every possible filthy scenario one can associate with this. Her legs are crossed for a reason~

Ishtar: subtly is lost on this monster. Ishtar doesn’t even wait for SO to finish. As soon as their mouth is on the teal popsicle, Ishtar pipes up proclaiming she has something even bigger that SO can suck on instead lmao.

Medici: Medici is a very flirtatious monster, but she’s surprisingly innocent minded when it comes to sexy things, so she just sees her SO having a yummy treat. Nothing more nothing less. SO has to be the one to be the one to make a comment of what it looks like for Medici to make the connection.

Button: when SO finishes their snack, they realize their adorable skeletal date mate is blushing bright brown and hiding in her oversized sweater. Pull her out of it, and they’ll find another glowing chocolate pop for them to taste~

What are they like when sick?

Whirl: he doesn’t get sick (lies). Or at least he never could afford to get sick in his old au. He and wind weren’t exactly high up on the food chain in Underdraught so being too sick to forage outside the city meant starving. They weren’t ones lucky enough to afford the little scraps grown inside of the city walls. If whirl ever gets sick, he stamps the feeling down and powers through.

Wind: for all his faults, whirl did do his best to care for and provide for his little bro, so wind actually did get sick days. But he felt guilty knowing his brother was out in the storms without anyone watching his back. When wind gets sick, all of those past nerves come rushing back making him snappy and restless

Donnie: he’s only ever been sick once in his life, and apparently it was really bad. He doesn’t remember it though. He was just a kid at the time. If he got sick now, he probably wouldn’t realize anything is wrong if it was just mild.

Medici: she will fall into her demanding diva alternative personality when she’s sick lmao. Medici is used to being waiting on hand and foot by the family’s servants when she was ill as a kid and it shows.

Donatello: donnnie is surprisingly experienced for someone so oblivious to the ways of romance. He’s had a lot of casual trysts with mostly the models that he painted as well as theatre workers, dancers and various other performers from his au. Whirl: hot

Wind: he doesn’t give a sh*t. So does he, big whoop.

Donnie: he tries his best not to judge, but if it’s a really high number he will judge. He’ll judge hard

What are they like when drunk?

Whirl: a tad friendlier and surprisingly coordinated. An absolutely plastered whirl can do all the same acrobatics as he can when sober, so it’s pretty hard to tell when he’s drunk.

Wind: flirtatious. When wind is drunk enough he’ll try his darndest to get into someone’s pants. He’s woken up next to a human after a party once and has vowed to never let himself drink that hard again.

Donnie: he will talk and talk and talk and talk. If ditched, his friends will find him giving detailed art history lectures to furniture

Medici: it’s rare she ever gets drunk enough to act up, it’s unbecoming for a lady, but if she does, Medici becomes very crass and has a nasty dirty sense of humor lol

Do they prefer to chase or be chased?

Whirl: he’s a chaser only. He’s very forthcoming if he has actual feelings for someone. It’s not super romantic, but he will tell them. If someone has to chase him, he doesn’t like them back.

Wind: chase only, mainly cause he’s aromantic. Wind can be in a committed relationship, it doesn’t matter to him if he smooches his friend, but he’s not gonna go out of his way to put a label on it or romance someone cause they want it.

Donnie: he thinks he’s a chaser despite never have chased anyone in his life lmao. You need to be very frank with him that you want him and expect him to do something about it if you want to start anything with Donatello. Then he will romance his crush, and delude himself into thinking it was his idea lol.

Medici: she’s gotta be chased. She’ll definitely try to flirt with a crush, but never more than that. Girl expects the princess treatment, which is completely fair tbh. She’s practically royalty
