Underhammer AU art. Morathi.

One of the last scenes in my hypothetical AU called Underhammer. This scene takes place 3 Years after the barrier broke. After Morathi failed to invade in one desperate attempt to get revenge on her son Malekith. But the forces of Men, Dwarf, Monster, and Elf were United. After the battle, Malekith showed mercy to the witch queen. Nobody had done this to her before in all her years and she couldn’t understand why he’d do this. She ran off to a cliff, contemplating suicide when Flowey meets up with her. He was in a position very similar to her at some point. This is my first time doing UT art and my first Warhammer Fantasy drawing. I’ve been working on my “Undertale is a distant future of Warhammer fantasy” theory for over a year now and I’m finally confident enough to make an illustration for it. I’ve not done a drawing with colors in a while and I do have trouble with limbs but I hope you enjoy it. You can read my theory (so far) on my page.

The unusual telescoping bolt and underhammer mechanism of a Greene rifle, one of a thousand made for the Union during the Civil War.  They saw action for a single day.

The Greene under-hammer rifle was the first American breech-loading bolt-action musket.  They used paper cartridges and percussion caps and were actually loaded with two mini-ball type bullets, one in front of and one behind the charge.  After firing the front bullet a telescope in the bolt pushed the rear bullet to the front to serve as the next projectile.  Only two thousand were made and 900 were sold to the Union army.   Reportedly, they only severed in one Civil war battle, Antietam before being withdrawn from service.
