Personally, one of my favorite things to do to The Character is make them hangry. Give me a survival situation where food is scarce so everyone is on edge, irritable, and even people who REALLY love each other end up being nasty to each other. Oo i eat that shit up

Is it known if WoW elves age the same as humans? Like they're considered adults at 18 but they just live way longer? Or do they age slower? I don't have any confirmed ages for Thu and Uinen beyond just saying they're young adults/roughly around my own age because I don't actually know

I think blood elves at least age about the same as humans but idk about nightborne

Fucks me up whenever someone tags one of my spidey posts as mcu, the only thing I take from the mcu is Nick Fury but even then a lot of other versions of marvel did the same thing, so it still loops around to not being an mcu specific Nick Fury

okay so since y’all liked the Sal headcanons

I’ll give you some more lmao

• so. family is EXTREMELY important to him.

• family means the world to him and he will vehemently and aggressively defend anyone he considers family, whether by blood, by adoption, or found family.

• does not like it when people assume Larry is his partner; Larry is a brother to him, during his teen years and his adult years, and he doesn’t like the idea that people think they’re dating. it flatters him because they get along so well, but he doesn’t like it. it makes him immensely uncomfortable.

• that said, he laughs it off and politely says no because he isn’t about to start fights. just like “haha ew no that’s my brother but thanks?”

• too much of a pacifist for that.

• on that note, he feels so guilty for what went down at Addison Apartments. his time in prison is spent feeling horrible about what he did, questioning whether or not what happened really happened, essentially just him being a miserable lump.

• ESPECIALLY about Soda.

• the kid trusted him, and he killed her; he hates that about himself and, of everyone he had to kill, he hates that he had to kill her the most. he hates that the cult would take down an innocent child like that, force him to kill a child.

• some nights he has such horrible nightmares about it that he wakes up screaming and shouting, wailing over the loss of his family and friends until someone tells him to quiet down.

• if he somehow makes it out of prison, he sometimes wishes he hadn’t. even if he questions the necessity of the murders, he will always agree that he’s a killer, and that he doesn’t deserve to be here.

• HUG THIS MAN. PLEASE.

• on a less depressing note, he also considers Gizmo a family member, like a furry little son. sometimes he gets into conversations with Gizmo where Gizmo meows at him, then he meows back for a while until Gizmo turns over, leaves the room (which he rarely does), or Sal gets called away.

• HE FUCKING L O V E S THIS CAT.

• Gizmo was probably a stray cat his dad brought in.

• well.

• more like Gizmo somehow snuck into the house, his dad at him, and then Gizmo just never left, so his dad gave Gizmo to Sal as a recovery gift. not that Sal’s complaining, obviously.

• on a slightly spicier note, he’s all about taking care of other people, whether it means he helps with dishes/laundry or with scratching an itch, he’s happy to do it. he loves seeing his partner happy and if he manages to find one, he will do anything for them. he has his limits and he’ll make them known, but for the most part, he’s happy to help with whatever.

• if his partner has a kid?

• DAD MODE ACTIVATE. HOLY HELL.

• he’s always wanted at least one kid and absolutely adores his partner’s kid. he will let them have their boundaries, he won’t be a helicopter parent, but he won’t hesitate to call the kid adorable or precious.

• they WILL be loved.

• they will also learn how to deal with bullies from the best, and he won’t hesitate to tell them how. if they get called names he’ll suggest that they use the name themselves so it can’t be used as a weapon, or how to be snappy back so they won’t be so affected.

• he WILL fight for this child, no matter how old they are.

• he would like to have a kid of his own but he will be very hesitant about asking. he’s fine if his partner doesn’t want kids, he’d like to, but it’s not a dealbreaker. if they’re happy, then so is he.

• if his partner is shy, he tries his best to help them feel better about themselves, break out of their shell. he has some magical ability to befriend, so he’s absolutely gonna use it to their advantage and get them to not put themselves down so hard.

• he also has this magical ability to get along with all sorts of in-laws, man. it’s just in his nature, even if he doesn’t particularly like them.

• he still has pictures of his parents with him, too, no matter what. he loves one specific picture of him and his dad.

• his dad made himself a replica of Sal’s prosthetic for Halloween to make him feel better about it. they didn’t go trick-or-treating that year, but the thought counted. it still makes him smile even if it’s bittersweet thanks to the cult.

if anyone wants any more headcanons, feel free to send in any asks! I’m still partial to keeping it an OC blog but since people like the headcanons about Sal, I might as well do both lol.

Still thinking about how, in episode 6, Yarpen says “Aye, I know” when Jaskier tries to introduce himself after Geralt, heavily implying that either (a) Jaskier really is just wildly famous around the Continent or (b) Jaskier is known mostly as the “bard that follows the White Wolf” so once Geralt introduces himself to someone, the logical conclusion is that the guy in the doublet with the lute following him is, obviously, Julian Alfred Pankratz.
