There has to be some kind of licensing issue or something.
This is one of the many reasons I don't use streaming services for music. Digital downloads are the only way to go for me. I know some people feel MP3s are quaint and outdated, but I take music too seriously to rely on a predatory corporation - or on power grids or mobile networks - for access.
Bandcamp is the best because most of the money goes to the musician, so please try to support artists that way when you can. An artist makes many, many times more money from a purchase on Bandcamp than they make on thousands and thousands of listens on streaming platforms. Streaming platforms only enrich insufferable, entitled, parasitic billionaires.
Anyway, apparently the Chinese titled version is still up there on Spotify, just the Eng ones are gone.

To answer your question, Zhou Shen won Our Song Season 1 and Xiao Zhan made it to the final four.
Regarding Zhou Shen, he has several other popular tracks, but since you mentioned Xiao Zhan, as trivia, I’m adding this in my response.
