Don't mind me ... just thinking about how Shane's heart rate starts to slow down as soon as Ilya enters the hospital room. And it continues to steadily drop the longer Ilya is in the room because his presence soothes Shane. But what gets me the most are the last two numbers that flash on the monitor as Ilya leaves with a promise of maybe spending the summer at the cottage with Shane: 81 (Ilya's jersey number) because Shane's heart beats for him, and 100% because atp Shane's in it for the long game :')
