V being mad at Luz for leaving irritates me, because while V has technically has walked in her shoes she has no way of actually knowing how life was for her

Yes, her mom loves her, but that isn't always enough, and realistically before Luz left, her mom was sending her to a conformity camp which was probably the exact opposite of what she needed

It makes sense that Luz ran away, and V resenting her for it shows that she truly doesn't understand what she was going through before arriving in the Demon realm

Cages come in all shapes and sizes, and just because Luz's cage was different than V's didn't make it any less of a cage for her

Luz Noceda almost got the whole collection of random assorted chocolates for her family tree, like the sultry grumpy harpy lady of crime who is also her mom, or that mom's socially anxious blushing yet badass partner, or their legally adopted furboy king of demons, or the mom's geeky sweet yet pretentiously brilliant sister, or Luz's handful of lovable misfits from school who are outcasts either by circumstances or by choice, or a particular purple-haired girl who likes to get As and and blush fifty times a day and almost dissect Luz(hey it HAPPENS alright?) and beat up bad guys and protect her loved ones(not her parents tho screw them), or Luz's sweet little enemy who just needs a hug and therapy and knows 1) that he needs a hug 2) that he needs a coffee 3) that Luz can give all that to him(good luck on the daddy issues though sweetheart you'll need a PROFESSIONAL for that) with the help of the traumatizing and possibly certified insane housedemon of love and idiocy. Or do you mean Luz's adopted little sister V the basilisk? Or do you mean her mom from at home who misses her so much? Or her dad(hey yeah what's up with HIM) anyway dudes we sure are racking up a number of blood and extended family eh?
