“Do they have anything like Day of Devotion in Almyra?” she asked, “We don’t in Brigid,” she said. The weather was still cold outside, but inside she had found a small placed. Tucked away in the library. Fires warming the room, it allowed her to change out of her normal war clothes and dress .... like a princess of Brigid. Intricately embroidered silver silks styled in the Brigid fashion, her long hair loose over her shoulders, adorned with flowers. She’d wanted to appear this way before him, at least once. At least today. They didn’t have the Day of Devotion in Brigid but she’d been living in Fódlan long enough to know it’s significance and for one day she wished for him to look at her and think her beautiful. “I was bring...” she paused, for a moment, “I brought you something,” she said, “Chocolate,” she said, something more traditional, she’d had help making it. She offered over the box. “And um ... we’re both being archers, I noticed, that some of the techniques you are having in Almyra are very similar to Brigid, because you are being mounted when you shoot,” she said. A flush rose to her cheeks, as she turned and picked up the second gift, excited to show him.
