Okay, but listen. It makes perfect sense that someone gender fluid would be considered very attractive by Vaner/Vanir. They are gods of the very primal things, like agriculture, fishing, nature, and of course, fertility, sex, and love.

When it comes to culture, modern humans love to categorize and place things in boxes. As a biologist, I would consider gender fluidity and pansexuality as very primal. Look at evolution. Strickt genders are quite modern. But that is not natural for vanir. They are not "gods of boxes" or rules. The more fluid and free, the better.

So, of course Mangus is pan. And of course he thinks Alex is about as beautiful as it gets. Because she is so natural and fluid!

TIL that there is a strong theory saying that the Norse god Loki actually may never have existed in the Norse pantheon! The evidence for this is that there is no direct evidence of Loki worship in pre-christian Norse settlements or literature, and the written sources we have - the Edda - was written by one or several Christian nobles, which already contain some obvious Christian influence (Ask and Embla being one), and Loki has traits that is related to Lucifer. He can shapeshift, he is associated with fire and snakes, and he was banished to the underworld for a rebellious crime.

Carrie Bradshaw i Sex and the City er en stor inspirasjon når det kommer til skriving, og gir meg en stor trang til en formiddagsdrink og en sigarett, turer til museer og New York, venninnekvelder og lunsjer og stort hår.. Det eneste jeg ikke liker med serien er stylisten seksti prosen av tiden (de resterende førti prosentene vil jeg helst stjele) og til tider tekstforfatterene.

2022.10.1 谷根千～新宿に行った。カヤバコーヒーでたまごサンドを食べた。旧安田邸にも行った。ラストは話題のスノーピークでコーヒーミルを購入❄️

下々と私 ・ 以前お世話になった同じ部署の班長が9/1付で異動しました。部署異動するということは違う部署も経験して偉くなるための布石なんだろうなって思っています。 ・ なので「デスクやゆくゆくは部長になるんでしょうね」という趣旨の発言をしたら、現場仕事から離れることはあまり意図しないもののような返事を頂きました。 ・ 「取引先役員が来社されるのでアポを調整しろ」と言われた時には自分の上長にその上長そのまた上長に担当役員のスケジュールを一つずつ抑えて気が遠くなります。 ・ そんな席に同席させて頂いたとしても、ただの一兵隊の発言する機会があるわけでも無く神々の戦いを横目で見て頷くことだけが唯一出来ることです。 ・ そんな北欧神話の神々を表す言葉と言えばこちらの店名ですよね。というわけで本日のモーニングは #VANER #ヴァーネル です。 ・ 以前散歩で訪れた #上野桜木あたり でビールを飲んだことがあるのですが、こちらの一角で #古民家 を改装した素敵な #パン屋 があることを知りやって来ました。 ・ よくわからずにサンドイッチが食べるのかなと思いサンドウィッチローフを頼んでみたら「サンドイッチでは無いですよ」と説明を受けて別のメニューに変更。 ・ それではと #パンオショコラ にしましたが、やっぱり #クロワッサン がいいかなと思い #アーモンドクロワッサン にしました。 ・ 店内にはパン生地を伸ばす棒があったりとここで作っているんだなと思えるものが多数見受けられます。 ・ 2階はあと1席だけということでしたが、気になったので2階に上がってみました。畳敷の和室で昔遊びに行った友達の家でよくみた昭和の御宅に令和の家具がある感じです。 ・ まずはテラテラに光った #パン を頂きます。ポロポロと表の #パイ生地 が剥がれ落ちますが濃厚なバターの感じやサクッとした食感が印象的です。 ・ そして湯呑みに入ったお茶ではなく #コーヒー も軽い飲み口なのにコクがあってパンのお供としての存在感を感じます。 ・ 隣の木造の民家を眺めながら、簾があるなぁとか自分が生まれ育った昭和の原風景の中で頂く #クロワッサン は最高だなと思いながら食べ進めます。 ・ 内側にほんのりとあるのは #チョコレート んん？？自分が頼んだのは訂正した後のアーモンドだけれど、思い返すとアーモンドの味は皆無。 ・ あれこれ50円安い方のショコラじゃないかと思いましたが、これはこれで所々感じられる #チョコ の甘さのアクセントが美味しい一品でした。 ・ 次回訪れた際に真意を伺いたいと思いますが、サンドイッチローフがサンドイッチでないことを教えてくれるような店なので悪気はないのかなと思います。 ・ 次回はサワードゥブレッッドも試してみようかな。 ・ iDの使えるお店のまとめはコチラ #iD使えるよ ・ #日暮里モーニング #日暮里カフェ #日暮里喫茶店 #日暮里パン #日暮里グルメ #鶯谷モーニング #鶯谷カフェ #鶯谷喫茶店 #鶯谷パン #鶯谷グルメ #上野モーニング #上野カフェ #上野喫茶店 #上野パン #上野グルメ #とa2cg (VANER ヴァーネル) https://www.instagram.com/p/CTk6hVPBbhH/?utm_medium=tumblr
