Strength training with ARX and HIIT with Vasper at Quantify Fitness, 27 hours into a 28 hour fast. My numbers were down a few percent but it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be, and working out in a fast always increases ketosis for me. My ketone and glucose numbers were in a good place today. I tested with Keto-Mojo after working out and before eating.
