I have two old works that fit nicely with two of the prompts. Can they be added, or does that defeat the idea of the special week?

Great question! We will be actively reblogging new fanworks for this event – our AO3 collection is also intended for new works only. However, you are more than welcome to post your old fanworks during Vee week to add to the festivities! We just won't be reblogging them. Thanks for the ask!

Hi! We are not restricting what people make, but please please tag/flag that your contribution has 18+ content so that it's easy for people who don't want to see it to avoid it.

We ask that people tag Tumblr posts with content warnings for anything people may want to avoid (ie nsfw, self harm, suicide, etc). If a content warning tag seems missing, we may add that before reblogging.

For art posts: Tumblr lets you flag posts as mature. You could also put NSFW art under a cut.

For fic/anything on AO3: please use appropriate ratings/content warning tags. Please also take care regarding what you include in summaries/previews or above a Tumblr Read More.

Suggest possible prompts for Vee Week 2025 by May 20th!

Vee Week will return this August to celebrate our favorite shapeshifting basilisk with new fanart and fanfic!

We'd like multiple prompt options per day as well as 5 alt prompts. Prompts should be one to three words or a short phrase (see last year's prompts here).
