Ingredients: 4 slices of vegan bread. 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced. 4-6 slices of vegan brie cheese. Fresh rosemary leaves. 2 tablespoons of vegan butter or olive oil spread.
Instructions: Preheat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat. Spread vegan butter or olive oil spread on one side of each bread slice. Layer the pear slices, vegan brie cheese slices, and fresh rosemary leaves on half of the bread slices. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up, to form sandwiches. Place the sandwiches in the preheated panini press or skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the vegan brie cheese is melted. Carefully remove the sandwiches from the panini press or skillet. Slice the sandwiches in half and serve hot.
