Not to mention, I have the recipe just for you! 😋 ••• Mac & Cashew Recipe ☞ Boil a heaping 1/2 cup of raw cashews until soft (about 30 mins) ☞ Once soft, drain. ☞ In a blender, blend cashews + 1/3 cup veggie stock until smooth. ☞ Add in 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 3/4 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 8 steamed baby carrots (for color), 1/2 tsp white miso, 1 sm pinch nutmeg. ☞ BLEND + add more seasoning according to taste buds! ☞ (OPTIONAL)(ADDS CHEESY MOUTH FEEL) In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk + 2 tsp tapioca starch. ☞ On medium heat, add tapioca mixture to a small sauce pan and cook until “glue” forms. (about 30 seconds) ☞ Add cashew mixture and cook until desired consistency! ☞ Pour over your favorite gluten free pasta + call it a day! ••• You did it!
