Taco TVP & Cashew Cheese Sauce Loaded Nachos 🙌🏼❤️✨ I burned the first two batches of tortilla chips in the oven, thankfully the third batch turned out, or I wouldn’t have had any nachos 😜 The cashew cheese sauce is a lot higher fat than my vegetable queso recipe (highly recommend trying that out, you can find it on my page, everyone loves it and its super good for you!), but I wanted a quick healthy fattening plate of nachos, and it took me about 90 seconds to make this sauce. (Besides the fact that I had to rebake my tortilla chips 3x this was a quick meal 😅) Taco tvp: taco seasoning, better than chicken bouillon, tvp, and enough water to cover, simmered until absorbed. Cashew queso: 1 cup raw cashews blended with 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, pinch of turmeric, tsp of garlic powder, tsp of onion powder, dash of cayenne, splash of tamari sauce, just enough water to cover.
