The weather has been so cold lately, I’ve already pulled out my winter jacket😅⠀ But that still doesn’t keep me from eating nicecream😋⠀ Ate this after a good run and in front of our fireplace with a blanket around me😂⠀ And it was so worth it, ‘cause it tasted like a strawberry milkshake to me😍🍓⠀ Ingredients:⠀ - 2 frozen bananas⠀ - 1 cup frozen strawberries⠀ - 1 scoop @thirdwavenutrition berry protein powder⠀ - Liquid to blend (I used some leftover coconut milk)⠀ Method:⠀ Blend everything together and top with your favorite toppings! I used muesli, coconut flakes and peanut butter🥥🥜⠀

A NOURISH BOWL a day keeps the doctor away✌🏼🌿🌞 and keeps me feeling energised, satisfied + strong. Yesterday’s edition was a super simple Mexican-themed one👅 I added brown rice, black beans, purple cabbage, carrot, lettuce + cucumber, with a dollop of raw cashew sour cream💜 One common misconception in society is that healthy or #vegan food is complicated, takes ages to prepare and uses fancy, expensive ingredients. In reality, this couldn’t be further from the truth. You can make the most nourishing, wholesome + delicious healthy meals from staple foods like whole grains, legumes + veggies🙏🏼 And that’s why nourish bowls are my favourite ~ you can literally throw in any leftovers, veggies + other foods you have at home to make the best meals. Full of flavour, different textures + nutrient goodness. Keep it simple🤗
