✨L A S A G N A ✨ . Before the TM5 advent, I used my Thermomix for soups, sorbets and lasagna. Nothing else (well, as a straight up most powerful blender of course). And it was still the best gadget ever invented. To be honest, I’d have bought it just for the lasagna. Slow cooking bolognaise with no chopping, no mess and all sorts of veg inside and a 8-10 minute hands free bechamel which still (after 30 years) amazes me. . Two controversial commandments though: 🍄 Always use mushrooms* 🍅 Add the meat last** ————————————————— * mushrooms’ excess liquid won’t evaporate due to the now’s design but it will be great to cook the pasta sheets and leave a non-dry bolognaise behind . ** trust me on this. The meat needs liquid not to be broken up.
