Instructions: Preheat your Air Fryer to 375F 190C. In a food processor, pulse cauliflower and broccoli until finely chopped. In a large bowl, mix chopped veggies, grated carrots, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into small tots and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Lightly spray the tots with cooking spray to help them crisp up. Place the tots in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't touch. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
