Jon being an undiagnosed neurodivergent and being told his behaviors were bad as a kid. His grandmother basically trying to train him out of it. Fast forward the Archives are worse for his sensory issues. Bright overhead lights, the assistants playing music, uncomfy work clothes (all head cannons). No wonder he likes to work at night when he can loosen his tie a little and turn off the overheads to replace it with a lamp. A little dash of insomnia doesn't help with his work habits.

Post Party Depression is set just after Nancy and Steve break up & includes fun things like Steve trying (badly) to cope with Barb's death, and Nancy & Jonathan and the beginnings (pre-Russians) of Robin&Steve's friendship. & a small snippet of the first chapter!

Season one poly archives is peak. They all works so well together and we can ignore the fact that Jon is the boss because of how incompetent at the role. Which should have went to Sacha. Also poly researchers (Tim/Sacha/Jon). I would pay to see more of them. But imagine its late at night in the archives. Tim gets Jon to losen up while sacha secretly removes all of the work in his office. Martin makes him tea and then they all cuddle until they fall asleep on the break room couch.

Dont think about jon sneaking out to the kitchen after polyarchives fought because fighting makes him feel like his world is ending

Day 5: praise!!

Whatever you do dont think about Jon running off of praise from any of his partners. Whether it be Georgie during college. Poly archives pre season two. Or Peter and Elias during four and five. Dont think about him losing that validation and feeling useless.

New idea. Spoiler for tma season two

Martin being deadly afraid of any bugs in the Archives after Prentis. (My personal hc is that the institute is multi level and that the archives in the basement) so tim having the most experience with the worms goes around and kills any bugs for him. EXTRA, after prentis attacks Martin rides with Tim in the ambulance and stays with him to take care of him for a few weeks. Lowk ship them

Day 7: But I don't regret anything.

When Jon looks back on his whole time at the archives he can see they're relationships strung all over the place like twine or tripwire. Most weren't kind. They were a double edged sword at least. But he couldnt regret them at all because at the end of the day it led to him curled up between his boyfriend.
