One thing I love so much about Hellaverse is that how unapologetic queer it is, it’s not only screaming during pride month but pretty much most characters are queer ! It’s not like corporate rainbow where the queer art is just that for sell (like Disney) but in return the queer characters are side characters in the background or get censored all together , (you know like Disney made two shows remove two trans characters and messed with the Owl House) it makes it feel hollow and fake , and I’m glad helluva and hazbin is all in your face about it , thanks Viv and the rest of your queer team 🙏

Adam's exterminations started 7 years ago...?

Ever since the fourth episode of Season 2 called "The Dealer" aired, I've been wondering about the Pride ring more often than the other ones.

Compared to the other rings, the Pride ring literally stands out for being the only ring that doesn't allow its subjects to move through locations. (We learn that fact from Helluva Boss).

Lucifer's ring is mainly composed of sinners (with a few hellborns who can visit) who aren't even able to go down other rings to explore.

They're just... stuck there for all eternity apparently.

As we can see from the Pride ring, it doesn't look like a lot. Lucifer's ring isn't as wide as I expected and what's outside of it is only filled with empty rocky spikes.

There's literally nothing beyond the ring, and sinners are incapable of creating space outside of the circle. Maybe Lucifer or Lilith (or even both) could create more grounds, but that's up for debate since we've never seen either of them do that as of now.

With the mention of the limited grounds of the Pride ring, here's why I'm even discussing this in the first place:

In season 2's fourth episode "The Dealer," we see Katie literally reveal to us how long the exterminations have been going on.

...What do you mean the exterminations have only been happening for seven years?

Katie's seven year reveal had been delivered so fast that I needed to backtrack the scene and listen more clearly in case I heard wrong.

Because seven years???

That just raises so many more questions than answers like:

If the exterminations have indeed been happening for seven years, does that mean Heaven didn't have an exorcist angel army to begin with?

Does that mean their exorcist angels have been made seven years ago? Vaggi and Lute had only been made seven years ago??

Did Heaven originally had an army for self-defense before they changed it to a full blown army meant for offense as well?

What was Adam doing before the exterminations seven years ago? He was the one who gave the extermination idea to Sera. Did he only think about it seven years ago?? Or had it not been accepted UNTIL seven years ago?

With all those questions about Heaven in mind, we also need to consider what Lucifer had been doing before the sinners were killed by the exterminations.

If the Pride ring seems limited, how did he and Lilith manage to contain trillions of sinners since the dawn of time? Were they just overflowing from the borders? The humans couldn't have died from killing each other off because the only thing that can kill a sinner are angelic weapons.

So...what did they do here exactly?

Before Season 2 happened, I had always assumed that the exterminations had started since the beginning of time right after Adam died. It just made the most sense because it had heavily implied how the Pride ring managed to have somewhat of a regulated amount of sinners in its realm and not look so overpopulated. Because again, there's no way more than a trillion people have been living in the Pride ring until seven years ago.

Vox even confirmed that Hell was far more populated than Heaven, so there was no way Hell could have managed an entire flow of overpopulation on its own before the exterminations came seven years ago.

But it also makes me confused about Adam's decision here. He clearly loathed the sinners which is why he had presented his extermination idea to Sera. What I don't get here is how can someone so hateful towards the sinners not have thought about the idea further back in time??

All this possibly points right back to Lilith. Because she and Adam did make a deal together that might have had something to do with why the exterminations had been happening. But again, it doesn't excuse the fact that Hell should have been drowning with their sinners or why Adam couldn't have proposed the idea of violence a long time ago.

This just says a lot more about Adam and Lucifer than anyone else to be honest.

Adam could have started this extermination plan well before making a deal with Lilith, while Lucifer could have extended his ring to address the overpopulation issue, which should have been a serious problem at the time.

Okay, so I'm still NOT OVER THIS PART!

Like, we've all known for a while that Blitzø has feelings for Stolas but right until this point he's NEVER admitted them! Not even to himself! Sure, he was jealous of that imp back at the party when he saw them make out but we never watched him think or say outright "Oh, shit, I like Stolas", so this is the first time he's admitted his feelings out loud!

AND BLITZØ BEING SO FUCKING SOFT WITH STOLAS I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS KIND OF FLUFF FOR FUCKING YEARS AND THESE TWO ARE GOING TO BE THE FUCKING DEATH OF ME!
