How to be less frightened when I'm entering the void?
Yesterday I frickin entered the void state. AGAIN!
I was going to sleep, and suddenly I realized.. wait a minute, I’m entering it!! I had that feeling, you know what I mean?
But then as I’m thinking about my DR, I suddenly get this flash of like… hell? Then my brain goes “What if I accidentally shift to hell??” 😭 Immediately I panicked and tried to wake myself up, literally GASPED when I woke up.
But of course... after I woke up I was like “Noo, I wanna shift” so I tried to go back again... and boom.
Same thing, woke myself up again. Basically, I was just too scared. I kept thinking, what if I wake up in an unwanted place? Which I know can’t really happen. I just need to keep affirming that the void is safe, and I’ll only ever go where I want to go.
But yeah, entering the void is actually really easy. I’ve only been on this shifting journey for like 2–3 months (on and off kinda) and every single time I’ve focused on shifting, I’ve had some kind of experience! Like entering the void, or getting really close. The only thing stopping me is me scaring myself with “what if” thoughts 💔🥀
Any help/tips?
To the void state Girliess , I'm not someone who wants to get into the void state . But I literally got into the Void state without trying or wanting to. I didn't even think of shifting when it happened. But when it did feel dark , voidy and floaty , I knew I had to affirm. I did. Kinda got a glimpse of the dr. But then I fell asleep I guess. So If I , A random bitch who didn't even want it can do it , Why are you worrying ? Lol. Go shift through the void , Omg . You CAN. YOU CAN. 🙄😔

• okay so i believe this was the fourth time being in the void if i remember correctly.
• it was one of those nights where every time you fall asleep you wake up once every hour and just cannot. sleep.
• ( i’ve noticed a pattern its usually nights like that when i have the best symptoms )
• that night i was visualising my sbg dr really well.
• like i was LOCKED IN.
• and i wasnt even trying to shift!! i was just really engrossed in visualising.
• after i believe an hour, i kept entering short dreams and having my thoughts just naturally roll in.
• i was in a state of calm, basically.
• and suddenly, i was like snapped out of it. my body ( specifically my hands for some reason ) were really tingly and floaty!
• and yeah so i became super floaty, and before i knew it i was in the void.
• now usually when i get in the void i panic SO BAD like its horrible so the second i kinda realised that i was quite literally travelling thru the mulitverse to my dr i panicked and snapped out of it.
• and for me personally the void is a state of transition between your cr and dr, so i wasnt focused on manifesting anything, just shifting.
• so yeah😭😭
• and for tips, i’ll say its easier when you arent trying.

I don't like shifting to the void, it always severely disappoints me. Literally everything I manifest in the void turns out the exact opposite of what would happen to me. Fuck that shit and the 'universal law of opposite attracts' that won't leave me alone.
