Nothing too spectacular just a #backworkout from yesterday, lots of volume and just fun. Worked up to a single 495 pull just testing the waters a bit. All the weight felt light and the strain in my back was minimal. I will probably skip Deadlifts next weeks. It’s taking a very long time for this to heal and really need to back off more. The strain is not debilitating by any means and I can tell it’s getting better but it would go smoother if I’d stop doing stupid shit like lift semi heavy weights. 🤦♂️. Between my left shoulder and this thing going on between my shoulder blades I’m pretty sure it’s been months that I’ve been 100% if not longer. Actually I know it’s longer. I’m skipping direct shoulder work today. Going to do just body weight workout and recovery. Same tomorrow. Monday is leg day. First off to work on my car for a bit.
