CALIFORNIANS: VOTE NO ON PROP 50!

Proposition 50 will eliminate the rights of every voter in California. It cedes your right to vote by completely delegating your right of equal representation to a non-democratically elected representative. It enables California's Democrats to eliminate your choice of candidates to only their party! It says exactly that in the proposition!
It is NOT just a law!
It is a State Constitutional Amendment. "... it would authorize a mid-decade redrawing of congressional districts, replacing the ones drawn by the bipartisan California Citizens Redistricting Commission." It also "... redraws several congressional districts to incorporate larger shares of urban and suburban Democratic voters, increasing Democratic registration advantages in competitive districts and converting several Republican-leaning seats into Democratic-leaning ones."
This proposition will immediately replace these democratically elected representatives with unelected representatives.
Voting yes to this will alter the California State Constitution. The story being told is that the urgency requires the emergency expulsion of democratically elected Republican representatives, to be immediately replaced by Democrats. That lie is that in 2030, the Census will enable the Independent Civilian Redistricting Council to redraw the lines. However, that cannot happen because the State Constitution would then say that the Democrats can ignore the Council and implement their own district lines, again, forcing only Democrats into elected positions without a vote!
Even if in 2031 or 2032, regardless of the redistricting creating more Republican seats or not, the State Democrats would immediately have the power to redraw and eliminate any non-Democrat seat. That's how you will lose your voting rights. Those Democrats will only establish laws and vote for Democrat policies. They don't have to listen to the public anymore. They cannot be replaced. Who would replace them? Another Democrat.
This means that the public, regardless of what they vote, will never regain their right to vote. You will never be able to vote for a non-Democrat candidate. You will never have a choice of what passes or doesn't pass in the State. You will never have a say. Your voice is silenced forever. You will never regain that right back.
You will be giving up your right to vote to the State if you vote for Prop 50!

The Continued Erosion of British Democracy
In May 2021 it was reported that:

Although there was no evidence that our electoral process was in anyway flawed, being abused or interfered with, the right-wing Tory Party decided to introduce voter ID. US civil rights groups, who know something about Republican interference with the democratic voting process, have called what the Tory Party is doing “voter suppression".
In other words, the Tory government has introduced a legally binding voter requirement that has the effect of potentially denying millions of the electorate their right to vote The fact that this group of voters – the young, the poor, the homeless, - are demographically more likely to vote Labour or Liberal Democrat is not a coincidence. This is a blatant attempt at ballot rigging.
Am I exaggerating? Possibly, but it is very odd, that older voters, who demographically tend to be vote Conservative, can use their bus passes as proof of identity, whilst students, who demographically tend to vote for more left-wing parties, are not allowed to use their student cards as proof of ID.
On top of the 2 million people estimated to have no photo identity at all, you can add those who do not know they need a valid form of photo ID to vote. Research shows that 25% of those born after 1995 do not realise they now need photo ID to be able to vote.
All of these figures and statistics are guess work at the moment, derived from various polls looking into the problem. Come voting day, and post electoral analysis, we should know exactly how many people will have been disenfranchised by these new rules. Well, that is what you would expect but this isn’t so. Sunak has no intension of calculating how many voters don't have a "valid" photo ID.

Even the Daily Telegraph, usually a staunch supporter of Conservative Party policies, is disgusted with this anti-democratic interference with the right to vote.
