I love HK
My new-to-me HK VP70Z finally arrived. Time to fight my way through the zombie hoards / get ripped apart by aliens
H&K VP70Z, 9mm

VP70Z
The civilian model of the VP70M, this polymer framed pistol made by Heckler & Koch can lay the claim of being the first of its kind; beating Glock by over a decade. The military and law enforcement models are capable of using a proprietary stock that would turn the VP70 into a machine pistol capable of 3 round bursts.
It's odd shape has often landed it roles in movies such as Aliens and video games like Resident Evil. In spite it's history, the VP70Z is not too collectable unless the select-fire stock is included.
Since the price of any rifle that I might want soared well past what I could hope to afford in the past few weeks, I decided to take advantage of the drop in prices for oddball handguns and finally bought a pistol I've always wanted. According to the H und K stamping code, this one was manufactured in 1984. It even came in the original box with an extra 18 round magazine.
