WEEK 3 ○ DAY 1 Got my mirror out to check my form this morning! It really helped! I used it with the weights of course but also to challenge myself to get my foot up to my other knee on the soccer runs.. this morning I was wondering if I'd actually be able to keep a ball from dropping 🤔 Chances are slim but I'm intrigued none the less! •I upped my weights on all the moves except for skull crushers. My triceps are still pretty weak and I didn't need to make the name of the move literal. •I allllmost killed all of the lunge jumps I made it through the 1st 2 rounds and until about 10 seconds left of the 3rd before I had to modify to keep from falling over. •Tricep pushups still aren't my friend.
