If God Is Calling You To Something Else, He Will Provide A Way.
Sometimes the hardest part isnât hearing the call â itâs trusting what comes after.
We start to wonder: How will I make this work? What if I fail? What if Iâm not enough?
But hereâs the thing: God never calls you to something just to leave you stranded halfway. If Heâs asking you to step into something new, it means Heâs already gone ahead of you. The provision is already in place. The right doors, the right timing, the right people â theyâre all part of the path Heâs carving out.
Obedience doesnât mean having all the answers. It means having enough faith to take the next step, even when you canât see the whole staircase.
So if your heart feels unsettled where you are, if thereâs a holy nudge pulling you somewhere else⌠lean in. Trust that He will provide the way forward.
Because He always does. đď¸
Isaiah 43:19
âSee, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.â
Two more birds as thanks for Waymaker donators! Left, a swooping male American Redstart in his bold black and orange, for @ziggetyzigzag on bsky/twitter; right, an alert little Black-capped Chickadee in cool winter lighting for Meredith S Walker.
Thanks again to all who are participating in Waymaker and doing our part to help unaccompanied immigrant children!
Yesterday I wept. Today I pray for you, for the Trump family, for our country and for freedom loving people all over the world.

Aaron's Blessing Numbers 6
22 The Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 23 âSpeak to Aaron and his sons, saying, Thus you shall bless the people of Israel: you shall say to them,
24 The Lord bless you and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord lift up his countenance[c] upon you and give you peace.
27Â âSo shall they put my name upon the people of Israel, and I will bless them.â
2 Chronicles 20:17-19
17 You will not fight in this battle. Take your positions, stand, and watch the Lord deliver you, O Judah and Jerusalem. Donât be afraid and donât panic![b] Tomorrow march out toward them; the Lord is with you!ââ
18 Jehoshaphat bowed down with his face toward the ground, and all the people of Judah and the residents of Jerusalem fell down before the Lord and worshiped him. 19 Then some Levites, from the Kohathites and Korahites, got up and loudly praised the Lord God of Israel.
The Lord Is My Shepherd A Psalm of David 23
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters
3 He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
2Â He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3Â He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4Â Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5Â Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

Matthew 6:9-13 ESV
9Â Pray then like this:
âOur Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.
10Â Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread,
12Â and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Isaiah 54
15If anyone stirs up strife, it is not from me; whoever stirs up strife with you shall fall because of you.
16Behold, I have created the smith who blows the fire of coals and produces a weapon for its purpose. I have also created the ravager to destroy;
17no weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall refute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD and their vindicatione from me, declares the LORD.â

Psalm 91
1As for you, the one who lives in the shelter of the Most High and resides in the protective shadow of the Sovereign One
2 I say this about the Lord, my shelter and my stronghold, my God in whom I trustâ
3Â he will certainly rescue you from the snare of the hunter and from the destructive plague.
4Â He will shelter you with his wings; you will find safety under his wings. His faithfulness is like a shield or a protective wall.
5Â You need not fear the terrors of the night, the arrow that flies by day,
6Â the plague that stalks in the darkness,
or the disease that ravages at noon.
7Â Though a thousand may fall beside you, and a multitude on your right side, it will not reach you.
8Â Certainly you will see it with your very own eyesâyou will see the wicked paid back.
9 For you have taken refuge in the Lord,
my shelter, the Most High.
10 No harm will overtake you; no illness will come near your home.
11Â For he will order his angels
to protect you in all you do.
12Â They will lift you up in their hands,
so you will not slip and fall on a stone.
13 You will subdue a lion and a snake; you will trample underfoot a young lion and a serpent.
14 The Lord says, "Because he is devoted to me, I will deliver him; Iwill protect him because he is loyal to me.
15Â When he calls out to me, I will answer him. I will be with him when he is in trouble; I will rescue him and bring him honor.
16Â I will satisfy him with long life, and will let him see my salvation.â
