The council spoke of harmony and love among the masses under which ‘god’ governed. They spoke of peace and simple joys, of the pursuit of happiness for all the beings under his benevolent reign. They spoke of ways to live without greed, corruption and the need for ‘contracts’ with beings of their ‘partner realm’. In their own words it was their mission to lighten the load upon the heir of this   divine realm’s shoulders—but he remembered all too fondly the times when this amalgamation of people was merely a limiter used to constrain and restrain him.  However, now they rallied behind him, which is why his next words held no hesitation and carried with them the softness and compassion that only she was privy to the meaning of.

You've personally been witness of the terrifying things that grow within the hearts of people whom claim to be made in my image, in her image; of its insatiable hunger for whatever it is it wants. You know the ways in which that organ stops and starts, and how it can whimsically throw away a realm of sanctity for a temporary pleasure that merely stirs the embers in a human’s whimsical life. So, by my word and what I can only assume is the unanimous decision of a council whom covet love among all those ‘governed’ under their god, take your seat among our people and tell us what you believe the proper course is.
