Just started a new calisthenic routine that'll probably be the death of me. It's basically just one long full body workout circuit. Do every exercise to failure and only 90 seconds of rest time between sets. ~Mike

FUN FACT ABOUT WATER & HYDRATION
The whole "You need to drink about eight glasses of water to stay healthy" tip is bullshit. I've looked it up, scientists and other doctors/nutritionalists really aren't sure where that came from. Under normal circumstances your body does not need that much at all. The quote about "90% of the America walks around dehydrated" is fictional. The vast majority of us get the amount of water our body needs. You actually get MOST of your water intake from the foods you eat and the rest from miscellaneous beverages such as soda, coffee(which in fact doesn't actually dehydrate you like some people claim) and such. If you're thirsty, your body will tell you, there's no need to consume endless amounts of water and constantly make trips to the bathroom to pee it all out, BELIEVE me I've been there. It's possible that you may need 8 glasses of water daily, but you DON'T NEED TO DRINK 8 SEPARATE GLASSES OF WATER, chances are you already got most of your fluids from your food and other drinks. I have so many deserving friends who are actually decent people(pretty hard to come by) and that I wish to do nice things for but I'm poor right now, but just give me some time. When I make it, I'm taking you guys with me.
I love healthy food that tastes unhealthy.
So I really wanna get the Nike Flyknit running shoes. Anybody have em? How are they? ~Mike
Iron Palm training... one of the more painful parts of martial arts. Sometimes it feels like my hands/fists are just a few more hits away from ripping open and bleeding, but eh no pain no gain.
