Every once in a while I have some amazing experiences bringing #AReasontoSmile to people across the country. As I am setting up @boston_comic_con, this couple saw something in my stories that they liked. We talked about how and why the books were made, and they wanted both softcovers and a free #ARtS poster that came with it (while supplies last). I inform them that the hardcover had all the bells and whistles that came with it and they were immediately sold. Come to find out, the young lady was a teacher and the ideas and concept in the book are perfect for her classroom... I find this out all while I'm still setting up! That doesn't happen too often and made me really proud to know that my message of self reliance, determination and a desire for happiness resonated with people as it does. They could have walked off and spent their money elsewhere but they did it with me...
