tried to level my personal best of 435lbs but failed. but hey I did squat up to 2x3 before I deadlifted so it was quite reasonable. success is the learning and accumulation of experience from million times of failure, no matter it is in training or any other aspects in life, e.g. career, relationship etc. it is all the same principle! so as long as we don't give up, one day, that day of success, will surely come! so always live with hope and passion my friend! 😘😘😘 gonna train with high volume and heavy weights within these 12 days that I have before my first bait trip this summer, try to burn off as much fat as possible la...
