Day one: 8:53 AM
Today is day one. I hate that sound, even though it's the beginning of something great, there are a lot of doubts that surround day one. First, it's only the FIRST DAY…and second, there are always questions that go with it. Is she actually gonna do it? WIll she stick to it for a day and that's it? Is she going to slip-up? It's only day one at 9 AM, so right now I don't even know. All I know is that I'm fasting for the next 72 hours in order to cleanse my body.
Patience.
This will probably be my hardest obstacle. I mean, 86 days isn't and incredibly long time…but I want to just wake up tomorrow and be thing with a six pack.
Main goal
Is to raise my confidence. I hate how I look right now, and I'm hoping I can finally get my butt into gear. Once I'm finally semi-comfortable with myself, which I hope will be in a few weeks, I will post progress pictures.
