Ingredients: 1 cup of kale leaves. 1/2 cup of spinach. 1/2 cup of cucumber. 1/2 lemon, peeled. 1-inch piece of fresh ginger. 1 small apple, cored and sliced. 1 tablespoon of honey. 1/2 cup of water.

Instructions: In a blender, mix together kale, spinach, cucumber, apple, honey, lemon, and ginger. To help the blender work better, add water. Blend the mixture until it is smooth and all the ingredients are well mixed. Pour into a glass and serve as a wellness shot to get your health back on track quickly.
