Blodeuwedd; formed from flowers and oak as a wife for Lleu Llaw Gyffes so he could assume the throne of Gwynedd. She was subsequently punished for his attempted murder, being transformed into an owl. I’ve been reading the book Blodeuwedd by Jhenah Telyndru.
