(7/10) instructor - keisha - she's great, constantly moving + motivating + updating on how much time is left (8/10), instructors actually explaining things giving you individual attention - you all know my deal with kettle bells... can't figure them out for anything ... no corrections to my form given or to the other movements I was totally doing wrong (7/10) showers - they've got 2 in a room off to the side of the changing room, interesting set up, towel hooks in the closed door shower room - so basically private (9/10) blowdryers - #conair enough said ... #wethairday - only one! (5/10), water - for water bottle only (810), location - #meatpacking (8/10), atmosphere - everyone is doing the workout and legit doing it, but I did take note of the zero interaction, even between partners! #fitfam (7/10), facilities - ok so it's #nyc at its finest - imagine the other studios are a 2 bedroom, this is a Studio - it's got a checkin area followed by lockers wall then a sliding door to the main room ... opposite locker wall is the tiniest changing room with shower + bathroom (7/10) other comments - towels - #towelsforhumans ! (10/10), entrance - super small - 2 love seats though they are quite fancy, interesting mix of decor for sure (7/10) stuff - this place is stocked - they even have shave gel + face wash in the showers! And deoterant + hair spray ! (10/10), music volume - they should be giving out earplugs, chance you'll go deaf in this place, or perhaps I'm just not as young as I used to be ... also, how does one daven after class with that blasting going on?
