chronic pain/fatigue hitting super hard those past few days while i have things to do is so unfair

i have to go grocery shopping bc i'm running out of cat food (as in just enough for one more meal, out of the next 3 i have to give her today) but my back pain is so cruelly acting up this is a nightmare
