Here are some plays I've read/seen (or performed in) and liked a lot: Waiting For Godot (Samuel Beckett), Noises Off (Michael Frayn), Topdog/Underdog (Suzan-Lori Parks; I barely ever see this play mentioned and it's so good), Almost Maine (John Cariani), Seduced (Sam Shepard), Tartuffe (Moliere), The Flick (Annie Baker), Our Town (Thornton Wilder), You Can't Take it With You (Kaufman/Hart). I hope this helps!
thanks for the recs!! we did almost maine and YCTIWU when i was in high school :D
*scrolls through tumblr to keep from crying
i figured out why people originally moved to grover's corners. it was founded on the old plaestocine range, which is probably full of salt deposits, and well. they crave that mineral

1. Biggest fear?
FEAR ITSELF. Just kidding! Spiders. It sounds stupid, but that's really all I'm scared of. I worry about other stuff, but I only fear spiders.
2. Favorite band?
Right now, Fun. I just like a lot of their songs. But I also really like P!nk and Macklemore. And Sugarland. (YEAH COUNTRY!)
3.What book would you recommend to me?
Well A Wrinkle in Time is my favorite book, but I think I'll recommend The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime. I don't know how best to describe it, but I read it and liked it enough to go out and buy it. So it's good.
4. What movie(s) have you cried at?
Okay, let me think... The Harry Potter movies. When Remus and Tonks die. (She was my favorite character.) And other times too, but I can't remember when. And I can't remember any other movies either.
5. Favorite place to go on your laptop/computer?
As in website? TUMBLR! And FreeRice. And Sevenly. As in physical places? My basement cause it's cool and I can watch Netflix on our Wii.
6. Are you excited for school?
A bit. It'll be nice to see people and have structure to the day and learn stuff (especially excited for TOK!), but I'm not looking forward to the homework and stress.
7. Do you have one thing that you can’t go to sleep without? (complete darkness or a blanket)
Not really? I can pretty much sleep anywhere.
8. Favorite subject?
Spanish! Now that I have a better teacher. (Sorry to anyone who liked Mrs. Gordon. We just didn't get along.)
9. Favorite item of clothing?
Erm, probably my shoes. My tennis shoes are awesome! We never had nice tennis shoes when I was little, so it's a big deal for me. And my black Converse. Simple but awesome.
10. Where is your ideal place to live?
We now that I've been all over the U.S. (yay road trips!) I'll have to say Colorado. There's a lot to do and it's really pretty. But I do love Ann Arbor.
11. Why is there 11 questions and not just 10?
I think it's because they wanted to have eleventeen questions, but that's not a thing, so they went with eleven because it was the closest.
My Questions!
1. First movie you remember watching.
2. What job did you want to have when you were little?
3. What's the best vacation you've ever been on?
4. What's your favorite TV show(s)?
5. What country would you most like to visit?
6. If you had $1 million, what is the first thing you would buy?
7. Who is the first character you loved and rooted for?
8. Do you have a favorite art piece or style?
9. Favorite music genre.
10. What is the worst/weirdest injury you're ever had?
